This is a set of five Tibetan prayer flags made from cotton. The flag is printed with the victory mantra, dukar, guru Rinpoche, green tara & wind horse.
Package of FIVE rolls. Each roll contains 10 flags on one string. So in total this package contains 50 flags.
Prayer flags are auspicious flags that contain images of deities, mantras and prayers traditionally believed to bring good luck, peace, prosperity, health and victory. Prayer flags are used to promote peace, compassion, strength and wisdom. Prayers engraved on prayer flags protect against destructive evil and obstacles towards all living things.
The prayer flags are often hung horizontally between two objects; posts, stones, walls, etc. as a religious gesture and also as a decoration. In the western countries, most people hang these prayer flags to decorate their gardens, rooms and homes.
Our female artists in Kathmandu Nepal have made these prayer flags by hand. These flags are connected with a durable cotton cord. Everything is made of 100% cotton.
