Important Information
As of 1 January 2020, we apply the OVOB (turnover-related VAT exemption) for tax purposes. This means we no longer have to issue invoices and cannot charge VAT to customers. Of course, we can provide invoices if required, but no VAT will be charged or stated on them.
General Terms and Conditions All users of our website nepalhandwerk.nl / nepalhandwerk.com are deemed to have read and agreed to the following general terms and conditions of nepalhandwerk.nl, a part of Noadis, based in Venlo and registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Venlo under number 09100002.
Applicability The following delivery and payment conditions apply to all our offers.
Offer All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Prices and Shipping Costs The prices listed on the website are in euros, including VAT (from 2020, no VAT will be charged due to the KOR scheme). Noadis applies the following shipping costs for delivering ordered items:
- Delivery within the Netherlands and the EU is free for orders above the amount stated on the website. For orders below this amount, Noadis charges a standard fee for administration and shipping costs, depending on the shipment's weight. Shipping is done via small parcels that fit through the letterbox or via regular tracked parcels. Noadis determines the shipping method. We usually ship with DHL, PostNL, Deutsche Post, or others.
- From 1 January 2020, shipping to countries such as Germany, Belgium, the UK, or France must be done as a parcel rather than a letter (if applicable).
- Different rates apply outside Europe, which can be provided upon request. You can obtain this information by sending an email.
Payment After placing an order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email stating the total costs. Payment must always be made in full in advance and is processed securely and reliably. We offer as many payment options as possible.
Order Delivery Once Noadis receives the order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all order details. After receiving the payment, Noadis will dispatch the items. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Items ordered via nepalhandwerk.nl, if in stock, will be delivered within five working days after payment is received. PostNL delivers these items within the BENELUX. The package will be offered twice at the specified delivery address. If no one is available to receive the package on both attempts, the recipient will be informed via a notification card where the package can be collected. Noadis is not liable for delays caused by courier services. Outside the BENELUX, other companies deliver the package. If, for any reason, an item has a longer delivery time, you will be informed by email as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation Noadis reserves the right to cancel an order or refuse a customer without providing a reason. The customer will be informed via email.
Returns By law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for products purchased online. The 14 days start the day after receiving the product. To return an item, you must send an email stating the article number, purchase date, and bank or giro account number.
After receiving the return shipment, the purchase amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days. However, the returned items must be in unused, undamaged condition (for textiles: unwashed and unworn) and in their original packaging with the invoice. The return shipping costs and risks are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Noadis is not liable for any shortages resulting from the return shipment.
Noadis reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only part of the paid amount if the item is not returned in its original condition. In such cases, Noadis will always contact the customer.
Unstamped return shipments will be accepted, but the postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If Noadis delivers an item that does not conform to the order, the customer has the right to return it. In this case, the shipping costs are covered by Noadis. The shipping costs will be refunded along with the purchase amount.
Simply put: we always find a solution together.
Offers All offers listed on the website and elsewhere apply until the specified expiry date but may be terminated by Noadis. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Questions / Suggestions / Complaints If you have any questions, suggestions, special requests, or complaints regarding our website or purchased items, you can contact Noadis via the 'Contact' page. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, we always find a solution together, which is what we are known for.
Privacy Shopping online means buying remotely. Some consumers may perceive this as unsafe due to the lack of personal contact between buyer and seller. Noadis understands this concern and takes all necessary measures to handle your data with the utmost confidentiality.
When you place an order with Noadis, we request your personal details. This information helps us properly process your order and communicate with you as the buyer. Noadis will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties.

Liability All items offered via nepalhandwerk.nl are manufactured according to strict quality standards. We only work with suppliers of high-quality products. If you unexpectedly have a complaint about the quality of an item, you can contact us, and we will reach out to the relevant manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for the quality of the products, and Noadis excludes all liability for issues with these items. Noadis is not responsible for the loss and/or damage of goods during shipment.
Noadis is not liable for any typographical, layout, or printing errors that may inadvertently communicate an incorrect sale price. If such an error occurs, the price will be adjusted.
Noadis cannot be held responsible for colour deviations due to screen quality.
Applicable Law All agreements and disputes arising from them are subject to Dutch law.
